Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Earthnest Kitchenware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Products must be in original packaging
• All items must include original tags and labels

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Opened soap sets or personal care items
• Custom or personalized products

How to Return

1. Contact us at returns@earthnestkitchenware.com with your order number
2. We'll provide you with a return shipping label
3. Pack items securely in recyclable packaging
4. Ship the package back to us

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@earthnestkitchenware.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
